Clay Walker Charity Classic Celebrates Third Year At Pebble Beach Resorts

Multi-platinum recording artist Clay Walker is returning to Pebble Beach Resorts for the third annual Clay Walker Charity Classic Golf Tournament on June 29-July 2 to raise money and awareness for his 501(c) (3) charity organization, Band Against MS (BAMS).

“As someone who loves golf, this is one of my favorite events each year,” said Walker, founder and Chairman of BAMS. “I’ve enjoyed working with our friends at Pebble Beach for the past two years, and I’m thrilled to be returning this year to raise money for MS research and to further the goals of Band Against MS.”

While at the tournament, guests will play Pebble Beach Golf Links, The Links at Spanish Bay and Spyglass Hill Golf Course in an exciting 54-hole tournament with competition being the best two balls of the four-person team. Guests will also be treated to an evening of music and celebration with dinner, live and silent auctions, an exclusive concert by Clay Walker and Friends and entertainment from special celebrity guests.

Pebble Beach Golf Links has played host to four U.S. Open Championships and is slated to host its fifth U.S. Open in June of this year.  The Clay Walker Charity Classic will be held immediately after the world’s greatest players have challenged this legendary course.

Clay Walker made his country music debut in 1993 with his smash hit “What’s It To You,” which quickly climbed to #1 on the Billboard charts.  Since then, he has sold over eleven million albums, had eleven #1 hit singles, and each year his concert tour continues to excite crowds all across the U.S. For more information about Clay Walker, visit www.claywalker.com.
