Hollis, Okla., chef to showcase the cowboy way on Food Network

But hold your horses. This is no pretentious, Calphalon-studded food contest. It’s a chuck wagon challenge filled with Wild West sabotages to see who slings the best hash and cowboy steak in America.

In this week’s segment of “Cutthroat Kitchen” ominously titled “The Good, the Hash and the Ugly,” cowboy chef Kent Rollins will do his best in a showdown judged by country music artist Clay Walker. The show airs at 8 p.m. Central and features chefs prepping and cooking in moving covered wagons.
